Kristina Dam Studio designs its coat racks and coat stands as small sculptural objects in their own right, applying the same restraint and geometry as its furniture and storage. Founded in Copenhagen in 2012, the studio treats every object, however functional, as a chance for considered form.

The collection spans coat racks and coat stands across the Column and Grid series, in solid oak and steel, each one built to hold its own as a piece of furniture rather than disappear into the wall. What could be a purely practical corner becomes another piece of the room's architecture. Built to be looked at as much as used.
